This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through prev.sh, operated by VentureNamics LLC.
All payments for prev.sh are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that refunds are subject to Paddle's refund policy and terms.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. During the trial period, you can cancel at any time without any charges. We encourage you to thoroughly test our services during the free trial to ensure they meet your needs before subscribing.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us or Paddle of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Upon cancellation within this period, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply once you have started using the service or accessing digital content.
After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused.
Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
